Step 3 – Financial guidance assessment
If appropriate and you choose to proceed, a structured financial guidance assessment is conducted by a licensed professional.
The assessment:
- does not cost you anything
- takes approximately 30 minutes to complete
- involves a review of your current financial position
A full review of your situation is conducted from the outset to identify whether there may be areas where assessment by a licensed financial adviser or other relevant licensed professional would be beneficial.
Step 4 – Review and outcomes
Following the assessment, the results are reviewed, which generally takes around two business days.
We then meet with you to:
- explain your current financial structure
- identify areas that may benefit from improvement
- discuss whether personal financial advice or credit assistance may be appropriate
Where advice is required, it is provided by appropriately licensed professionals and may result in a Statement of Advice prepared in your best interests.
Step 5 – Your decision
From there, the decision is entirely yours.
You may choose to:
- proceed with licensed advice
- take on some of the guidance provided
- or decide not to proceed further
If you do not proceed with advice, there are no fees.
If you do proceed with advice, any fees are discussed transparently and structured in accordance with regulatory requirements.
